Not bad, but I don't think that you really need Restoration if your character is going to mainly focus on dual-wielding swords. Yes it's useful for healing, but you're cutting your attack power in half to heal when you could just drink a health potion or 2.

As for Enchanting, maybe explain what enchantments you would recommend for the equipment.

Now for the equipment itself, if you're going for a knightly aesthetic, ebony isn't the best way to go. Steel Plate is much better appearance-wise for the armor and as for the weapons... Hmm... Maybe glass or dragonbone?

For perks, I would recommend grabbing Well Fitted for Heavy Armor, Savage Strike for One-Handed, and everything up the left-hand side of the tree for Smithing up to Glass Smithing (assuming you decide to switch the armor and weapons).
