My biggest issue is that Samurai either wielded a Katana two-handed or with a Wakazashi in the off-hand. Of course, there's no Wakazashi in the game, but I'm sure there's a Blades Dagger mod or something out there. I do, however, like that you included mounted archery - it's a far overlooked part of the historical Samurai. Perhaps you could find a Naginata mod as well, as the Naginata was actually the Samurai's preferred weapon when on foot.

If you only gonna use the bow on horse you might remove the right side or archer tree since i think ranger only work on foot?

The lord stone gives 50% damage resistance and 25% magic resistance so thats why theres no magic.

Looks good for the theme you going. Does't seem any wasted skill point.

If you have spare skill point after what you initial planned you might wanna get magic resistance in alternation skill tree.
Or in regenration skill tree respite/regeneration/adept restoration (for close wound heal spell) for small healing.
Or avoid death in regenration skill tree for a free save each day incase you die.

Since they in mage skill tree i understand if you dont want to take them if they conflict in your theme. Especially the one that use magic for healing you could use potions instead.
But i think avoid death and magic resistance are still a nice passive defensive buff and they pretty low in the mage skill tree.

In samurai culture he saw mages as witches and warlocks so thats why hes not magical.

Looks good, but I'd swap fists of steel, cushioned, and conditioning for the dual wielding perks. Reflect blows is also not that great, despite sounding powerful.

I'd recommend dropping bladesman since crits are useless in Skyrim and instead pick up the last perk in Archery, since the paralyzing would be helpful when you storm in on the horse.
