This Build is Basead in Natsu Dragneel from the Anime Fairy Tail. Natsu is a Flame and Shock Mage from guild Fairy Tail. He is a Mage but he use more the fists to fight.
he fights with his fists I recommend the Gloves Of Pugilist: They are worn by Gian the Fist, who can be found in The Ratway under Riften. After killing the two bandits near the entrance of the Ratway, continue down the hall and jump off the path where the bridge is, take a right once down by the bridge and keep following that path. Gian the Fist is located in a room full of bear traps. He will attack upon sight, but once defeated he can be looted to receive the Gloves of the Pugilist.
To Set i recommend:
Master Robe (Master Robes are an item of enchanted clothing. The robes increase magicka regeneration by 150% and are the best of the non-unique mage robes. Like other mage robes, they have different variations that reduces the Magicka cost of different schools of magic. They can be bought from teachers at the College of Winterhold once the Dragonborn has reached level 32. Proficiency in any school does not effect whether the robes are sold.);
Master Robe Of Destruction (The Master Robes of Destruction can be disenchanted to learn the enchantment "Fortify Destruction & Fortify Magicka Regen." This is a separate enchantment from Fortify Destruction and Fortify Magicka Regen, allowing the Dragonborn to stack this enchantment with one of those two for an amplified effect. Can be found in Radiant Raiment, in Solitude.)
To Fire Spells I Recommend:
Flames (When using Flames, they shoot fire from one or both hands, depending if the spell is dual-wielded or not. The flame has a short range, but passes through enemies, so it's possible to hit several enemies at once. When enemies are on fire, they take extra damage from other weapons, which makes Flames a good spell to wield alongside a one-handed weapon, though the bonus added is minor, and targets do not stay on fire for very long. Faralda sells the Flames spell tome, as well as other Destruction magic tomes.);
Firebolt (Casting this spell causes a bolt of fire to be shot at the intended target. Unlike Flames, which sprays a jet of fire continuously, Firebolt must be charged momentarily before being fired. Dual-casting this spell creates a unique animation, but in order to dual cast, the Dragonborn must upgrade skills in the School of Destruction. Firebolt is also a possible enchantment for staves. Additionally, the Dragonborn may learn Firebolt before entering the College of Winterhold for the first time, as the Gate keeper Faralda may ask the Dragonborn to perform this spell as a requirement to enter the College of Winterhold. If the Dragonborn does not know how to cast the spell, Faralda will sell it.);
Fireball (Casting it shoots a somewhat-fast traveling ball of fire that explodes upon impact and deals 40–132 points of fire damage in a fifteen-foot radius. Fireball can set enemies on fire, resulting in additional damage over time, and if it hits an already burning enemy it deals extra damage. Faralda at the College of Winterhold sells this spell, once the Dragonborn reaches level 40 Destruction.);
Fire Storm (Fire Storm unleashes an explosion of flames centered at the caster's location, immediately dealing high fire damage to all surrounding creatures and characters within range. No damage is inflicted to the Dragonborn. The Dragonborn learns this spell automatically after completing the quest "Destruction Ritual Spell.")
To Shock Spells I Recommend:
Sparks (When cast, Sparks shoots a continuous stream of electricity at a target, dealing shock damage per second to the target's Health, and half of that to Magicka. Court Wizards sell the tome.);
Lightning Bolt (Casting this spell causes a bolt of electricity to fling at the intended target. Unlike Sparks, which sprays a jet of electricity continuously, Lightning Bolt must be charged momentarily, then fired. Lightning Bolt is also a possible enchantment for staves. Court Wizards sell this spell tome too);
Thunderbolt (Casting the spell deals 90 points of shock damage to Health and half that to Magicka when two points of Augmented Shock are spent; 60 points when cast without perks. Faralda sells this spell once the Dragonborn's Destruction reaches level 75.);
Lightning Storm (Lightning Storm is the highest-level lightning spell, acting as the final upgrade for Sparks. It produces a constant stream of lightning towards a single target aimed by the spell. In terms of it's magicka cost to damage ratio, Lightning Storm is the most efficient Destruction spell at the master level. Faralda at the College of Winterhold sells the tome after the Dragonborn completes the Destruction Ritual Spell.).
